PHD All Staff Company Conference 2024
On 28th June, PHD held its All Staff Company Conference at One Park Crescent. The seminar gave all the attendees an overview of our growth, goals, strategies for the future and an update on our new HQ at Egham.
The major focus of this year’s conference was to retrospect on our performance over the past six months, evaluate our current standing, and outline our objectives for the upcoming three-year period.
At the conference, the head of each department showcased their team’s work, how they contributed to the successful growth of PHD and their three-year goals.

Around 60 staff attended the conference, from Site Managers to the directors.
Staff from Ireland and Denmark hubs were also invited to the conference. It was a fantastic turnout which kept the conference busy and engaging throughout.
Employee Updates
During the conference, we introduced our new starters, Alex I., IT Support Assistant; Chung L., Quantity Surveyor; Kevin W., Senior Quantity Surveyor; Char D., Commercial Administrator; and Debargha B., Marketing and Proposal Assistant.
We said goodbye to Rowland KT, General Manager who has semi-retired after 40 years in the construction industry. Additionally, Chris D, IT Support is embarking on a new journey to lead the PHD Ireland team to new successes with his expertise in IT and setting up the infrastructure at our new yard in Birr, Offaly.
Summer Wine-down
The seminar finished with the summer party at Inn 1888. Overall, the day was a huge success.
It was refreshing for everyone to gather under one roof, partaking in this significant conference and comprehending each other’s contribution to this remarkable company!
