Careers

At PHD, we encourage all our staff to work towards our three core values; professional, honest and dependable, whilst also reinforcing our mantra ‘Safety by Choice, Not by Chance’. Our values motivate us to ensure people and safety remain paramount in all that we do.

WHY WORK FOR US?

I have been with PHD for nearly ten years and it is a great place to build both your career and self-confidence. I started out working on site to understand the practical element of the industry followed by the opportunity to work within the Compliance Team. Since then, through both self-motivation and training, I was appointed as the company HSEQ Director. I thoroughly enjoy what I do and believe PHD is one of the main reasons behind that.
