PHD secure £60m Westgate leisure development
The development is placed in the town centre and on completion will consist of a Morrisons Supermarket, 7 screen state of the art cinema, 91 bed Travelodge Hotel, resturents, retail outlets, 522 space car parking spaces all of which will be surrounded by a new landscsaped piazza.
Project completion is expected late 2012.
